This website is for mothers, their partners and families who may be experiencing emotional difficulties during the perinatal period.

The perinatal period starts when a baby is conceived and ends 3 years after it is born. This is a very significant time in a baby's development.

If parents feel anxious and depressed during this time, their baby's wellbeing can be affected. Parents can help their babies to have a healthy start in life by looking after their own emotional health during the perinatal period.
